• Duration & Group Size: Standard trips are 7 days, limited to a maximum of 4 guests. Custom lengths and private departures are available.

• Pricing: From $4,000 per person for one week. Extended 10-day excursions start from $6,000 per person. Prices vary depending on group size, length, and custom requests.

• Deposit: $1,000 USD non-refundable deposit required to confirm your place.

• Final Payment: Due 60 days before departure. Bookings within 60 days of departure require full payment at time of booking.

• Cancellations:

  • More than 90 days before departure – deposit retained, other payments refunded.

  • Within 90 days – no refunds.

  • No refunds once the trip has begun.

• Travel Insurance: Required for all participants. Must include medical, evacuation, and trip cancellation coverage.

• Passports & Visas: You are responsible for having a valid passport (minimum 6 months remaining) and required visas/permits for Equatorial Guinea.

• Health & Fitness: Trips are physically demanding. Participants must be in suitable condition and disclose any medical conditions before booking.

• Wildlife & Conservation: We follow strict leave-no-trace and wildlife respect guidelines. Disturbance of animals or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the excursion without refund.

• Photography: You retain rights to your images. By joining, you grant Drill Films permission to use photos/video taken during the trip for promotional purposes unless agreed otherwise.

• Partnership: Excursions are operated by Drill Films LLC (South Carolina, USA) in partnership with Basile Travel SL (Malabo, Equatorial Guinea).
