• Duration & Group Size: Standard trips are 7 days, limited to a maximum of 4 guests. Custom lengths and private departures are available.

• Pricing: Prices vary based on group size, duration, and personalized needs.

• Deposit: 1,000 € non-refundable deposit required to confirm your place.

• Final Payment: Due 21 days before departure. Bookings within 21 days of departure require full payment at time of booking.

• Cancellations:

  • More than 45 days prior to departure: deposit retained, other payments refunded.

  • Within 21 days: Option to change dates or due to force majeure, a refund will be issued.

  • No refunds are issued once the trip has begun.

• Travel Insurance: Required for all participants. Must include medical, evacuation, and trip cancellation coverage.

• Passports & Visas: You are responsible for having a valid passport (minimum 6 months remaining) and required visas/permits for Equatorial Guinea.

• Health & Fitness: Trips are physically demanding. Participants must be in suitable condition and disclose any medical conditions before booking.

• Wildlife & Conservation: We follow strict leave-no-trace and wildlife respect guidelines. Disturbance of animals or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the excursion without refund.

• Photography: You retain rights to your images. By joining, you grant Drill Films permission to use photos/video taken during the trip for promotional purposes unless agreed otherwise.

• Partnership: Excursions are operated by Drill Films LLC (South Carolina, USA) in partnership with Incoming Basile Travel SL (Malabo, Equatorial Guinea).

Intellectual Property and Registered Trademark
The “Bioko Wildlife Excursions” tour, organized by Drill Films Incoming with Basilé Travel, including its itinerary, design, conditions, and associated promotional material (texts, images, videos, and brochures), is protected under Law No. 1/1999 on Copyright and Related Rights of the Republic of Equatorial Guinea.

Likewise, the name “Basilé Travel” constitutes a distinctive sign and may be subject to protection as a trademark in accordance with national regulations and the international treaties of OAPI (African Intellectual Property Organization).

Any unauthorized copying, duplication, imitation, or use, in whole or in part, of this tour, its name, or its promotional material is strictly prohibited. Any infringement will be considered a violation of the applicable regulations and may be reported to the competent authorities, with the corresponding civil and criminal consequences.
